Charism Advisors offers seminars and workshops broader associate populations. Our seminars and workshops are designed to create leadership mastery and provide an escape from excellence for a work group, from a critical team to a department or division.
An extension of our work with senior leaders, our workshops for groups are structured around the Charism Model of Leadership Mastery. The goals of the workshops are to:
- Create alignment with leadership vision
- Maximize the effectiveness, productivity, outcomes and rewards of all participants
- Help all contributors to lead from Dynamic Essence
- Embed a common language of development
- Create a culture of Leadership Mastery
Based on your needs, these programs can vary from a three hour seminar to a multi-day workshop. They can also be structured as a three to six month modular change program. Our workshops can be customized or integrated to your retreat agenda or broader development initiatives.
