Our workshops are designed to create Enterprise Mastery, helping each person and team to escape from excellence and drive exponential change. We have a fexible approach to creating events and programs for your organization, from short seminars to multi-month change programs. Please scroll down to see the range of options.
Seminar - A three-hour introductory seminar that introduces associates to core concepts such as the Excellence Trap and Leadership Mastery, with an overview of the Charism Model. This provides a common language and also creates motivation to escape from excellence in order to create exponential change and rewards.
Short Workshop – A single-day workshop that extends the three-hour Seminar with powerful experiential modules and exercises based around identifying Costs of Excellence and Markers of Mastery at work, in life, and within ourselves.
Full Workshop – A three-day workshop that extends the single day workshop by engaging participants in the Charism Model is detail, in order to discover, release, and express their own specific and unique leadership Dynamic Essence. In addition to understanding the structure of excellence and mastery, participants will identify the key drivers of their own shift to mastery and identify plans to bring this to their jobs, both as individuals and as teams or workgroups.
Modular Workshop – A modular version of the Full Workshop, spread across three months via six half-day (4-5 hour) workshops. This permits less concentrated calendar disruption, but also allows for more interim reflection, preparation and application while on the job. It tilts the balance of the experience from episodic to embedded. The Modular Workshop can be combined with the Short Workshop and so include only four half-day sessions.
Charism Mastery Program – An embedded development and change program that features the Full or Modular Workshop, and supplements it with our Charism Assessment tool and then incluides specific experiences that offer detailed immersion in action planning and accountability design using workshop versions of our
Action²
and Mastery Log tools. This program is best spread out over a minimum of three and a maximum of five months for each participating population.
Other Options
Moderated Meetings – For teams or work groups that have experienced at least the Full Workshop, Charism Advisors can moderate strategy, planning, brainstorm, and accountability meetings that ensure that the escape from excellence and the shift to mastery is real and ongoing.
Custom Programs – Based upon our Leadership Mastery model, we can design custom programs to meet the needs of your organization. We are not a “box” company and so value this collaboration.
