Michele DiMarco – Co-Founder
As co-founder of Charism Advisors, Michele takes the lead on systems theory, program materials development, and manages our practice among teams and broader populations. She also oversees operations, design, and technology. Michele’s areas of formal expertise include individual advising, group facilitation, program development, and conflict resolution. She is co-developer of the Charism Model. An expert group facilitator, Michele also works regularly with individual leaders.
A native of Marblehead, MA, Michele holds a BA in Theology from Boston College (magna cum laude), a MA in Religion and Culture from Boston University (summa cum laude), a Masters of Spiritual Counseling from the New Seminary in NYC, a certificate in Conflict Transformation: Conflict, Ethics, and Culture via an academic consortium comprising Harvard, Weston, EDS, BC and BU divinity schools, a certificate in Conflict Resolution and Mediation from Woodbury College, and has done graduate work in systems and relational therapy at Antioch University Graduate School. She is a Certified Mediator, a registered Guardian ad Litem, and an ordained Interfaith Minister via the State of New York. Earlier in life, she was a Marketing Director for leading architectural firms in San Francisco, Portland, and Cambridge. Michele has an ongoing interest in the cultural factors effecting the resilience of individuals and communities, writes mystery fiction, adores travel, and is a bit of a Jane Austen freak. She is currently publishing a book and creating two blogs..
