Assessment
Charism 360 uses our unique Mastery-making dimensions to provide a detailed assessment of our clients' experience of the Excellence Trap, based on both colleague input and self-assessment. We identify the costs of excellence and chart a detailed and specific course to Leadership Mastery.
Discovery
After assessment and charting, we partner in a deep engagement with the Charism Model for Leadership Mastery to address the specific challenges, needs, and possibilities of our clients. This is the core of our work and takes the form of close individual advising and coaching. Once charism, or Dynamic Essence, is discovered and defined, the transformation from excellence to Mastery can occur.
Action
We apply our Action² tool to put Leadership Mastery to work, creating a specific action plan to bring Leadership Mastery to the business and the organization. Action planning can and does happen at each stage in the Discovery phase, but becomes formalized as the shift to Mastery occurs.
Accountability
We partner to define specific and meaningful measures that hold our clients accountable for living Leadership Mastery, and we work with them until it is a reality. Our clients are assisted in this by our Charism Mastery Log tool.
