Harry Barrett – Chief Relationship Officer and Senior Advisor

Harry Barrett joined Charism Advisors after fifteen years with Cambridge, MA-based Synectics, where he was Managing Partner. During Harry's tenure the firm was recognized as the founder of the field of innovation process facilitation, and a global leader in enabling its clients to harness individual creativity and maximize teamwork and collaboration to develop new solutions to a wide range of organizational opportunities.  

Thoroughly immersed in Charism values and models, Harry works directly with senior leaders and teams, and also brings vast experience as a facilitator of innovative group development experiences. Moreover, in his role of Chief Relationship Officer, he is the first point of contact with new clients, and also takes the lead on enterprise scaling and embedding of the Charism experience within client organizations.

Harry's prior experience includes working with clients including America Online, American Express, The U.S. Army, Intuit, The Boston Beer Company, Maritz, Upstate Biotechnology, Royal Caribbean International, Colgate-Palmolive, Assurant Health, The Coca Cola Company, Turner Broadcasting, Pfizer Inc., Moog Inc., Charles Schwab, Shell, Ford Motor Company, Harvard University, Entergy Corporation, Nestle USA, Kraft Foods, Sonic, Schlumberger, Veryfine Products Inc., WellPoint Inc., Fidelity Investments, Time Warner Inc., Intel Corporation, Unum and Einstein Bros Bagels.

Harry is a greaduate of Trinity College, and lives in Massachusetts.
